Today’s featured art is Fairytale Playground by Brandi Liebmann
Fairytale books were a very big part of my childhood - I love the pinks in the painting and the matching pink mat is just the right touch to tie it all together between the white frame and the painting. I would use this painting to decorate a girl’s room or my own - I like family friendly art for homes with children and in a large room with dark or light colors - this would be a great accent piece, especially if greens are an accent color being used.
I do not know if the green hills were supposed to be the focal point or not but to me - they are. They are the first thing I see and they lead me through the painting - the river helps as well with it’s meandering curve towards the castle.
It reminds me kind of like how someone taught me to line up shots on a pool table. Very well done.
