Sea Dragon by (Ziegler) Artistic Invisions
Today’s featured art is Sea Dragon by Artistic Invisions
This Sea Dragon is very colorful and full of movement. At first glance it does not even appear to be a dragon - I took a second look because of the name and there was the head of the dragon at the top of the painting.
I like this painting very much. The colors are bright, bold and the shape movement is mesmerizing in circles that undulate.
I believe the artist is a surfer from looking at the other seascapes and their titles in the Ziegler Imagekind Gallery of Artistic Invisions (a group of artists in the Caribbean) - very good balance and color harmony.
Since I do not know what the focal point is supposed to be since I didn’t paint it … I will conjecture that it is the sea and wave movement from what I see and the description the artist gave for the painting.
I like the mat and frame choice - it sets the painting off very well yet is background support and does not overwhelm the subject.
