Weapons - Fantasy Swords, Knives & Armor
No Fantasy Hero in a book, video game or movie would be complete without their trusty weapon companion that helps them to save the day against the bad guys and no Fantasy Villain would be complete without their weapon to use against the hero either.
I’ve played all the Final Fantasy video games and I’ve got both the movies (one is a PSP movie) but I’m not sure that I want to buy the swords to hang on the wall of my home - I am not sure that that is what I want to use to decorate my living room - I am tempted though - Cloud’s Sword, Squall’s Sword - hanging on a wall … playing video games with them hanging on the wall …
BUT I am sorely tempted - paint chipping problems or not - to get the replica of Gandalf’s Staff. That is just too cool! I’ve been a big fan of the books for years & years. I enjoyed the movies though they were not quite always true to the books (what movie is or can be though?) and as usual I thought they left out some of the best parts of the books.
Conan’s Father’s Sword is a big temptation to me too - I started reading those books when I was a teen-ager - I love the movies …. but still I am not quite convinced a sword would be the best decoration for my living room … the spear & the axes tempt me too - they look wonderful!
I love looking at all the weapons and seeing them - the dragon dagger stand is very tempting to this dragon lover - but as I said before, Gandalf’s Staff is the most tempting to me - if the paint chipped off, I could put more paint on it being an artist who has a house-full of paint. I may have to buy that staff to display at my house - my daughter may not like it and I will have to keep telling my grandson NO he cannot play with it 
but it is really neat.
